Every build is different. Size, quality, and location are the primary factors. Homes can range anywhere from $100-$400/sq ft.
6 months is a good expectation if everything runs on schedule.
A construction loan is an option that enables you to build your custom home with a builder. These loans typically range in length from 6-12 months. Once you have secured a construction loan, your build is paid after each determined phase of work is completed.

Our focus is on the Greater Charlotte Metro region. However, we have made exceptions under unique circumstances to build outside of our preferred area.
While we do have access to a variety of plans, our recommendation is to schedule a meeting to meet with one of our advisors. Once we understand your natural rhythm and lifestyle, we design a home specifically around your lifestyle. This is the best part of building a custom home, build one that’s just right for you.

Once land is secured and a timeline is established, we begin getting to know you. Based on your lifestyle and natural rhythm, we design a custom home specifically for you. Upon approval, we begin the 6-9 month process of building your custom home. It’s a surprisingly simple process.
Yes. We can build on a pre-owned lot. We do not require that your lot or land be purchased with Sage Homes.
We can certainly help you find the right lot or land if you don’t currently have one.
Closing on the land/inspections etc. – Any stage in your land buying process…as you are closing on the land we can start the permitting process and assist you with inspections for closing, or we can assist in the search for land if needed.
